UIDAI told how to keep Aadhaar safe, you must also know

Aadhaar is very important for every Indian today. Aadhaar is required almost everywhere as identity proof. It is the most important document of our identity. Important information related to the person is recorded on the Aadhar card. Like date of birth, address, mobile number, etc.

Aadhar-related frauds have also started increasing due to their widespread use. In view of this, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the issuing body of Aadhaar, has been advising Aadhaar users from time to time to keep it safe.

Now UIDAI said, definitely link to mobile

Now once again UIDAI has suggested a way to make Aadhaar secure through a tweet. UIDAI says that the mobile number of the user should be linked with Aadhaar. This is very important for the security of the base. In the tweet, UIDAI has written, ‘Always keep your mobile number updated in Aadhaar. If you have any doubt regarding Aadhaar linked mobile number or e-mail, you can click on this link myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/verify-email-mobile, with this help you can verify it any time can do.

UIDAI says that Aadhaar linked e-mail and mobile numbers are very helpful in preventing fraud related to Aadhaar. That’s why they should always be updated. That is, if you change your mobile number or e-mail, then they should also be changed in Aadhaar.

By verifying the mobile number and e-mail, you can check whether the mobile number and e-mail you have linked with Aadhaar is linked with it or not. If you have two mobile numbers and you do not remember which number you have linked with Aadhaar, then you will be able to find out which number is linked through the website.
