Rules changed from 1st September: After 2 days the new month. September will start. With the beginning of the new month, many special changes will be seen. There are going to be changed in many types of services including banking, toll tax, and property, which will have a direct impact on your pocket. Apart from this, the price of gas cylinders may also increase. So before the first date comes, know which rules will change-

1. Increase in Toll Tax
Toll tax on Yamuna Expressway is going to increase i.e. from September 1, you will have to pay more tax. Small vehicle owners such as car drivers will have to pay 10 paise more per kilometer to travel on this expressway. At the same time, commercial vehicles will have to pay 52 paise more toll tax.

2. PNB Customer Attention
Punjab National Bank customers have to update their KYC by August 31. If you do not do this then your account will be blocked i.e. you may face problems in using your account.

3. Reduction in premium of insurance policy
IRDAI has said that the premium of the policy will be reduced from September 1. After the changes made by IRDA in the rules of general insurance, now customers will have to pay only 20 percent commission instead of 30 to 35 percent to the agent. This will reduce the premium of the people.

4. Buying a house will be expensive
Apart from this, if you are planning to buy a house then you will have to spend more money. The government has decided to increase the circle rate price in Ghaziabad. Let us tell you that it has been decided to increase the circle rate prices by 2 to 4 percent. The enhanced circle rates of the property will be applicable from 1st September 2022.

5. Change in gas-cylinder prices
Apart from this, government oil companies review the prices of gas cylinders on the first of every month, so this time also, new rates of gas cylinders will be released on September 1. These can be increased or decreased by anything.
