Companies will start installing charging stations from select cities. After this, keeping in mind the need and demand, it will be expanded to other places as well. Hero MotoCorp and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited aim to expand the network of EV charging stations across the country.

As per the agreement between the two companies, the infrastructure work for the charging network will be led by Hero MotoCorp. Due to this many smart and fast chargers including DC and AC chargers for two-wheeler EVs will be made available in every charging station. Along with this, Hero MotoCorp will work to take the complete user experience regarding the use of these charging stations through the mobile app. At the same time, the special thing about these stations will be that the payment will have to be deposited online mode.
