Numerous discounts are offered on vehicles and motorcycles daily. Delhi Police has presented the public with a different kind of offer this time. The citizens of Delhi have been offered a discount program by the traffic police to pick up the Traffic Challan. People who use the new traffic challan offer will receive a 50% reduction off the previous challan.

Which challans will be eligible for the discount?

With this cheap offer, Delhi Police hopes to encourage people to pay their challans. On some challans, Delhi Traffic Police is offering a 50% discount. This offer will only be valid in cases when specific regulations are broken. A 50% deduction will be applied to the claim in this case for breaking regulations such as driving without a license, dangerous driving, driving while unfit, etc.

Information about this new traffic challan policy

has been released by Delhi’s Transport Minister, Kailash Gehlot, pending Lieutenant Governor clearance. On the social media site X, Kailash Gehlot stated that the purpose of this action is to resolve traffic congestion and improve public convenience. The Minister of Transportation added that the Lieutenant Governor’s permission is required to put this regulation into effect.

Time restriction to take advantage of the deal

Delhi will only apply this traffic challan discount with the Lieutenant Governor’s assent. For current challans only, this offer will be valid for ninety days; during that time, a fifty percent discount will be granted. Those who take up new challenges will have to pay the challan within 30 days to avail of this discount offer.
