Actually, the Union Home Ministry has made a big change in the Compassionate Appointment Policy. After this big decision of the government, now the families of employees of central paramilitary forces will also be able to get jobs. For this, the Ministry of Home Affairs has approved the revised policy of appointments on compassionate grounds.

These people will get the benefit of a compassionate appointment

After approval of this amendment, a compassionate appointment will also be given to the next of kin of the employees who lost their lives while in service and the relatives of the employees retiring on medical grounds. This new policy of the government will benefit all the employees working under the Union Home Ministry. Central paramilitary forces personnel who lost their lives in terrorist attacks, clashes, etc. have also been included in the revised policy. In such a situation, the government has given great relief to the families of these soldiers with this decision.

Home Ministry issued orders

As per the guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the objective of the ‘Compassionate Appointment Scheme’ is to provide compassionate appointments to the dependents of Government servants. Employees who have died in service or who have taken retirement on medical grounds. Those whose families come in want and who are not left with any means of livelihood, such dependents will benefit from this. According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the purpose of this decision is to rescue the family of the concerned government employee from the financial crisis.
