March 17: Bank branches in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jharkhand will remain closed on Thursday this week due to the Holika Dahan holiday.
March 18: The festival of Holi is celebrated in different names and forms across the country. Festivals like Holi, Dhuleti, and Dol Jatra will be celebrated in different parts of the country on Friday. Due to this, banks will remain closed in all states except Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Manipur, Kerala, and West Bengal.
March 19: Banks will remain closed in Odisha, Manipur, and Bihar on Saturday, the day after Holi.
March 20: Due to Sunday being a weekly holiday, there will be a holiday in banks across the country.
However, even after the closure of branches of banks, many types of banking operations can be done digitally. There will be no effect of holidays on digital services like UPI, mobile banking, internet banking.
