2022 Horwin SK 3: Electric two-wheelers dominate the Indian market, companies are continuously launching electric scooters and bikes even after fire incidents. One of these is China’s EV manufacturer Horwin, which recently launched an electric scooter named SK3 in the global market. It has a great design, no doubt about it, but its 80 km range seems to be very less for the customers here. But now the company is about to launch its new 2022 model. Horwin claims that this electric scooter can be driven up to 160 km on a single charge and with a separate battery, this range increases to 300 km.

Unlike other electric scooters in the global market, it has been built on the sharp design of today’s era. The only major change that has been seen in the new model of the electric scooter is the new wind deflector installed at the front. A twin LED headlight has been given with the scooter as before, which looks quite attractive to see. Compared to the old model, the 2022 Horwin SK3 is built like a maxi scooter and all its parts are made in the same way.
Fantastic Range Electric Scooter
Horwin has not only given the new SK3 a great range of up to 300km per charge but it is also packed with great features. These hi-tech features include a full TFT speedometer panel that comes with smartphone connectivity features. Other features include cruise control, a smart key lock system, and a combined braking system. The storage under the seat is enough to cover daily needs, but it could come down if a separate battery is installed.

90 km/h top speed
The total weight of this electric scooter is 115 kg and it comes with a motor of 3.1 kW. The 72V 36Ah Lithium-Ion battery pack that the 2022 Horwin SK3 received makes a total of 6.2 kW of power. The top speed of this scooter is 90 km/h. Telescopic forks and dual shock absorbers have been provided at the front and rear of the scooter for a comfortable ride. It has 14-inch alloy wheels. The 2022 SK3 price in Europe is 4,500 Euros which is approximately Rs 3.63 lakh in Indian currency. No information has been received regarding its launch in India.
