You will feel satisfied for a long time after eating these puris because they are high in fiber and carbohydrates.

This smoothie is ideal for giving you energy right away when you’re fasting. To make it, mix together one banana, two fresh dates, cardamom powder, and a pinch of saffron in a glass of chilled milk. This shake’s natural carbohydrates, protein, and calcium give you energy right away.
