What is included in the leaked data?
Nair is a security researcher and according to his LinkedIn page, he volunteers for the Kerala Police Cyberdome. He told that he has got a small sample of the data related to the Aadhaar of farmers.

This sample contains the details of farmers’ Aadhaar numbers and other data. He shared this data with TechCrunch, which claims that he has matched the leaked data with the help of the Finder tool of the PM Kisan website.

Is this scheme to help farmers?
Let us tell you that Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a step taken by the government to help the farmers. Under this scheme, farmers get government assistance of Rs 6000 in a year.

Is the problem fixed now?
Atul Nair has shared the information about this data leak on Medium. He has also shared the screenshot of this in his post. However, now this problem has been fixed.
