The well-liked sedan Hyundai Verna will soon be available in India thanks to Hyundai Motor India. Early next year is when the new vehicle is anticipated to debut. Recently, this vehicle was observed being tested. The special thing is that after the recently launched Hyundai Tucson, the new generation Hyundai Verna will be the second car in the company’s portfolio to have safety features like the Advanced Driver Assistant System (ADAS).
The car that was spotted during testing was completely covered. However, the radar has been spotted on the front bumper. This suggests that ADAS features may be included in the next vehicle. If that happens, the Honda City will be the second new generation car in the ADAS-equipped compact sedan segment after the E: HEV.
New design and bigger size
The new generation Hyundai Verna will get an all-new design, which will be inspired by the bigger Hyundai Elantra. The 2023 Hyundai Verna is expected to feature a bigger grille up front along with sleek headlamps at the bottom. Reports also suggest that the new Hyundai Verna will be bigger than the current model to take on Honda City, Skoda Slavia, and Volkswagen Vertus. It is expected that the new car will get more space for the rear passengers.
The new Hyundai Verna is expected to come loaded with new gadgets apart from a digital display, Bose sound system, and a massive 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Apart from this, the car is also expected to come with a ventilation feature for the front seats, a wireless phone charger, and an electric sunroof, similar to the one seen in the older model. We can expect Hyundai to revamp the cabin with a premium theme.

Know what will be the price?
1.5-liter gasoline and diesel engine, as well as a 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine, should be available for the new Hyundai Verna. Both a 6-speed manual and automatic transmission are available with this engine. The price is expected to be a slight premium as the car will be loaded with safety features. We estimate Hyundai to price the car between Rs 9.99 lakh and Rs 17.50 lakh.
