You must abide by this crucial regulation if you don’t want the money from your 13th installment to become stuck.

A soft copy of the ration card must be provided.

The government has stated that farmers must submit a soft copy of their ration card to register. Aside from that, eKYC is also required. Farmers won’t receive the money for the 13th installment even with this.
