Air Pollution: No Relief For Delhi-NCR As Of Now

Air Pollution Delhi-Ncr: Delhi-NCR’s air quality keeps increasing worse. The Delhi-NCR region is still covered in fog. Due to air pollution, several areas of the capital have extremely poor air quality. Delhi’s air quality has gotten to a dangerous point. On Friday, Delhi’s air quality remained in the severe range. The morning air quality index for Delhi was 472 overall.

There have been no successful attempts to reduce pollution in Delhi-NCR.

The matter has gotten out of hand. Since the third phase of GRAP’s limitations proved to be unnecessary, Delhi has adopted its fourth phase. In Noida and Greater Noida, schools up to class VIII have been closed because of the oppressive environment. In Delhi, the respiratory problem is becoming worse.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) is currently 563 at Delhi University, 539 in Gurugram, and 562 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Following this, all diesel vehicles other than BS-6 are prohibited in Delhi and the nearby areas. In Gautam Budh Nagar, classes I to VIII have been suspended until November 8. If schools so choose, these kids can take online classes.

Relief from the formation of a Western Disturbance and an increase in wind speed is expected in the upcoming days. Delhi restrictions truck entry is prohibited, except for electric and CNG vehicles.
