There was a commotion among the officers and staff members present at Delhi Airport when Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia arrived for an inspection after receiving complaints for several days.

Passenger issues have been getting worse over the past few days at Delhi Airport’s three terminals, T1, T2, and T3. Passengers are having a difficult time getting where they’re going because of the significant traffic congestion.

In this regard, numerous travellers are pleading with public officials on social media and Twitter while complaining frequently about airport arrangements.

However, this situation may worsen in the coming days as a result of the cold and fog because they have an impact on the aircraft’s movement schedule. If better provisions are not made for the already arriving passengers and the checking procedure, it will undoubtedly be difficult for the airport to upgrade the arrangements as the number of passengers at the airport will continue to rise. There was a commotion among the officers and staff members present when Union Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia arrived at Delhi Airport on Monday to examine.

According to passengers, the terminal’s issues should be fixed quickly.

More than 2 lakh travellers pass through Delhi International Airport, the eighth-largest passenger terminal in the world, every day. Akash Mishra, a traveller from Delhi to Hyderabad, claimed in an interview with ABP Live that difficulties are now more frequent and virtually daily in this area.

The lack of room in the security check area, in addition to the fixed scanning machine, the scarcity of CISF staff, and the absence of additional passenger amenities are the causes of this issue.

Many passengers are simultaneously complaining on social media, but nothing is being done about it. On the advice of the Union Minister, we hope that this severe issue can be resolved as quickly as feasible.

Additionally, according to Akash Mishra, the atmosphere at the terminal often becomes very noisy as a result of delays in passenger checking.

These are the primary causes of the airport’s growing congestion.

It occasionally gets out of control at Delhi Airport because of the growing number of travellers there over the past few days. The main cause of this is the information that long lines form because passenger screening takes longer than expected.

On the other hand, preparations and facilities are not made available to the passengers in a timely manner due to a shortage of space for security screening, a lack of the required scanning and X-ray machines, and a lack of CISF jawans.

According to a report, more than 2 lakh passengers depart from the Delhi airport every day, and by law, each one must pass numerous inspections before boarding a plane.

Even with improved provisions, it still takes enough time, but in this case, Delhi Airport’s lack of essential amenities significantly complicates travel for travellers.
