If you are caught with an unregistered vehicle on the roads of Delhi, you will have to pay a hefty fine. According to officials, there is a provision for a fine of up to 10 thousand rupees even if the mark of registration is not visible. Officials say that vehicles without valid registration plates are being driven, so it will be difficult to trace them if they cause an accident.
