In 2020, MG Motor India introduced the ZS EV to the Indian market. Buyers responded favorably to the SUV. The facelifted ZS EV with a larger battery pack and several additional features was unveiled by MG last year. There are three trim options for this electric SUV: Excite, Exclusive, and Exclusive Pro. Its base model now costs Rs 22.88 lakh, which is Rs 50,000 less than it did previously.
MG ZS EV Price
The MG ZS EV Exclusive variant’s pricing has decreased by the most, by Rs 2.3 lakh, at the same time. This variant’s cost has increased to Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-spec Exclusive Pro model now costs Rs 25.89 lakh (ex-showroom) thanks to a Rs 2 lakh price reduction from MG. The famous Ivory inside finish option is available for the Exclusive and Exclusive Pro grades.
Having ADAS
It is important to note that ZS EV also has ADAS Level 2. ADAS technology offers Many other capabilities, such as front collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane function, and speed assist system. Since its introduction in India, MG claimed in a news release that “the electric SUV has driven more than 25 crore kilometers (all SUVs sold) and has saved approximately 30 million kilograms of CO2 emissions.”
Range and battery
The MG ZS EV receives a 50.3kWh battery pack and an electric motor installed on the front axle. The electric motor produces 280Nm and 174bhp. According to claims, it has a 461 km range on a single charge. The Mahindra XUV400, Tata Nexon, and Hyundai Kona EV are competitors of the ZS EV.
