On June 10 and June 18, services relating to account balance, deposits, and fund transfers will be halted on the bank’s end. On certain days, all three of these services will be suspended from 3 am to 6 am. Customers of HDFC Bank can use WhatsApp to check their balance and access other services by enrolling and following a few easy steps. Let’s go over the process step by step.

Step 1 is to register.

From your bank-registered cell number, message “Hi” or “Register” on WhatsApp to 7070022222 first. Through the registration procedure, you will be led. In your contact list, note down the chat banking number 7070022222. Enter the last four digits of your Customer ID and the OTP that was sent to your registered cellphone number via SMS.

Step 2: Choose an option.

Following the registration of your phone number, you will be given the following choices.

Step 3: To access your HDFC Bank account services, such as transactions and balance inquiries, click on “Account Services.” You will receive the service and other details listed below under this.

In addition, Kotek Mahindra Bank has warned that its debit card and spend card services won’t be available for a while on June 10 owing to maintenance work. The bank sent information on this by email.
