7th Pay Commission: In the coming year, central employees will receive a lot of positive news. The government can approve a number of significant choices at the beginning of 2023. Increased DA will become available to employees at the start of the new year. In addition, the government can rule on three significant employee-related concerns.

Only the salary is a factor in any of these decisions. In 2023, the government might make a choice regarding the ongoing fitting factor. According to experts, the government can give the central government employees a present of fitment factor before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

The government can provide the Central Government Employees with the largest gift ever in the coming year. Next year, we can also talk about first dearness allowance, HRA, TA, post-promotion, and fitment factor. If sources are to be believed, the government may immediately think about raising employee salaries by Rs 8000. In actuality, strengthening the fitting factor will broaden the pool of government workers.

According to the 7th pay commission, the current minimum wage for employees is Rs 18,000. Following the presentation of the budget on February 1, 2023, the following year, the government can decide whether to grant this request to central personnel.

The dearness allowance will rise once more.

Every six months, the dearness allowance for central personnel is reassessed. The dearness allowance is increased twice a year based on statistics from the AICPI. This expansion takes place in January and July. The dearness allowance for central employees will grow in 2023, as it does every year. Before March, the dearness allowance for January 2023 will be revealed.

According to the current inflation statistics, a 4 percent DA Hike is possible for the following year as well. The AICPI index statistics for October, November, and December have not yet been released, though.

Will benefit from the previous pension plan!

The government can give the central personnel a sizable present of old pension next year. The Old Pension Scheme may be put into effect in 2023. In fact, the employees have been calling for the old pension to be reinstated for a very long time. Let us inform you that, in keeping with election promises, some states have also reinstated the old pension. It was also given approval by the Punjab government. In reality, the Central Government had requested the Ministry of Law’s view on the old pension plan in order to do this. According to sources, the Modi administration can execute the 7th Pay Commission’s recommendations for central employees before 2024.
