The SSC CGL Recruitment Exam 2024 application period for government jobs has begun. The Staff Selection Commission has posted on its official website the notification for the June 24th recruitment exam. Candidates who meet the requirements can apply until July 24, 2024. Please take note that the application cost must be paid by July 25th. The application form correction window will open on August 10 and 11 if you discover any errors later.
The notification states
that this recruitment campaign will fill a total of 17727 positions. Examiners for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ positions such as Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Inspector (Examiner), Sub Inspector, Assistant Section Officer, and others are recruited through the nationwide SSC CGL exam.
SSC CGL 2024 Announcement Released
Recruitment notifications for 17727 positions are available on the ssc.gov.in website. You have until July 24 to apply if you’re a graduate and between the ages of 18 and 32. However, July 25 is the deadline for paying the application cost. There are two phases to the exam: Tier 1 and Tier 2. Although passing the first phase is required, only the marks earned will carry over to the subsequent phase. September through October of 2024 can be the dates of the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam.

SSC CGL Salary
The post you select will determine the remuneration. Government posts fall into three categories: Group A, Group B, and Group C.
- For Group A positions, the starting monthly compensation varies from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500.
- Group B positions pay between Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 a month.
- Group C positions pay between Rs 25,500 and Rs 81,100 a month.
