The business released details regarding the Citroen C3 Aircross’s engine characteristics before the SUV’s premiere in Brazil. It’s interesting to note that the Citroen C3 Aircross specification for Brazil has a 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine rather than the 1.2-liter turbo unit available for the India-spec car. The Citroen C3 Aircross is offered with a 1.2L turbocharged petrol engine in the Indian market.

The Brazil-spec Citroen C3 Aircross’s 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine is already available with a number of Stellantis Group vehicle brands, including Fiat and Peugeot. Compared to the 1.2L 3-cylinder turbo unit, this engine produces 20PS and 10Nm greater power and torque, or 130PS and 200Nm respectively.
The Brazilian-spec vehicle will come with
a 7-step CVT automatic gearbox, whilst the India-spec model can only be purchased with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The C3 Aircross, which is built to Indonesian specifications, also comes with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. It is anticipated that this torque converter will be launched in India soon as well.
The Citroen C3 Aircross will be offered in Brazil in both 5- and 7-seater versions
similar to the Indian market. The third-row seats in the seven-seater version are similarly detachable. A 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless compatibility for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital instrument panel, a multifunction steering wheel, manual air conditioning, and power windows are among the features of the SUV. In terms of security, the SUV is equipped with a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), hill assist, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and a rear parking sensor.
