Electric mobility brand Corit Electric today announced the launch of its first manufacturing facility for The Hover scooter in Greater Noida. Established in 2021, Bazaar unveiled its first domestically produced electric bicycle for fat tires – The Hover Scooter in October last year. Extending its range, the newly launched facility is equipped to produce one hover scooter every 45 minutes.
Corit Electric raised capital in November through undisclosed investors. The funds raised are being used to furnish its first production facility located in Greater Noida, UP.
Talking about the new factory, Mayur Mishra, Co-Founder, Corit Electric said, “The Indian audience today is much more aware of the way it moves. We are proud to say that Hover has received enormous support and interest from people across the country.”

He further added, “To ensure seamless production of bikes, we have set up a state-of-the-art factory in Greater Noida, which ensures fast, safe, and indigenous production. While EVs are on the rise in the country, we are proud to say that The Hover scooter is equally unlike any other from the similar segment in looks and performance.
The current facility is over 15,000 square feet and can produce over 1000 units per month. The company is planning to expand its Series-A this quarter and plans to launch two more variants by the next quarter.
With a range of over 100 km and a charging time of 200 minutes, the Hover scooter is available in a variety of colors. The two-wheeler comes with tubeless tyres, dual shock absorbers, and a load capacity of 250 kg. Corit Electric also offers a variety of easy ownership options.
