Even before Diwali, the Central Government gifted its employees and pensioners. The dearness allowance has been raised by the cabinet to 46%. PM Modi presided over the meeting on Wednesday, during which this was authorized. Union Minister Anurag Thakur provided information on this, stating that the cabinet meeting today resulted in the adoption of four significant resolutions. Employees will start receiving their enhanced DA on July 1. In this manner, the salary and the three months arrears will be received together. The October salary will see an increase in the DA amount. Additionally, it has been decided to award over 11 lakh railway staff with a 78-day performance-linked incentive.
Increasing the MSP of six Rabi crops was also approved in the cabinet meeting. Tell us how much the employees’ salaries will rise this time.
Based on a base pay of Rs. 56,900
1.) Base Salary: Rs. 56,900
2.) New Delhi Assistant (46 percent): Rs 26,174 monthly
3.) Current Daily Allowance (42 percent): Rs 23,898 monthly
4.) The monthly rise in DA is Rs 2276.
If this is the case, higher band employees’ salaries will rise by Rs 2276 a month in dearness allowance. This time, the salary will include the October DA money in addition to the three months arrears. This implies that the monthly income will be exceeded by Rs 2276*4 = 9,104 this time. Employees will also receive ad hoc bonuses in addition to this.
DA Hike: Based on a baseline pay of Rs. 18,000
1.) Base pay is Rs. 18,000.
2.) New DA (46%), which costs Rs 8280 a month
3.) Current DA (42%), which amounts to Rs 7560 monthly
4.) By how much did DA rise? – Rs. 720 monthly
For central personnel, the minimum base pay is Rs 18000. Workers in this bracket will receive an additional Rs 720 per month at a rate of 4%. This states that the wage will be increased by three months’ arrears and the cost of living for the month of October. In other words, you will receive Rs 720*4=2840 more per month than your wage. In addition, bonuses will be awarded separately and in the cabinet meeting, the minimum support price (MSP) for six Rabi crops was also raised. The conference resulted in an increase of Rs 200 per quintal for oilseeds and mustard, Rs 425 for lentils, Rs 150 for wheat, Rs 105 for gramme, Rs 150 for sunflower, and Rs 115 for barley.
