Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced a special scheme where you can purchase your home. This design is unique in that it offers luxurious apartments, including penthouses. The ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023’ allows you to place a bid on these apartments. First come, first served will be the registration order for each of these apartments. Included in Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, are these apartments.
In terms of cost, these apartments begin at Rs 11.4 lakh. You will also receive apartments valued at up to Rs 5 crore. This plan will be put into action in two stages. Its initial phase begins today, November 24, and will last for 24 days. The second part of this plan will begin in late November at the same time.
Where can I find apartments available?
Allow us to inform you that this concept is inclusive of all kinds of apartments. Super High-Income Group (SHIG), High-Income Group (HIG), Mid-Income Group (MIG), LIG flats, and EWS flats are a few of them. These apartments are located in Basant Kunj, Lokanayakpuram, Dwarka Sector 14, Dwarka Sector 19B, and Narela.
Over 1100 opulent apartments
