Deadline for SSC CGL recruitment for 17727 positions is today

The application deadline for the SSC CGL Recruitment Exam 2024 is today. On June 24, the Staff Selection Commission posted a notification about the recruiting exam on their website. In addition, July 25 is the deadline for applying for fee deposits. The application form correction window will open on August 10 and 11 if you discover any errors later.

The notification states that this recruitment campaign

will fill a total of 17727 positions. To find applicants for a variety of Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ positions, including Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Inspector (Examiner), Sub Inspector, Assistant Section Officer, and other roles, the SSC CGL is a national exam. Notification of upcoming hiring to 17727 posts was released on the website ssc.gov.in. If you are a graduate and your age is between 18 to 32 years, then you can apply for it, but the last date to pay the application fee is 25 July. The exam is conducted in two phases – Tier 1 and Tier 2. It is necessary to pass the first phase but only the marks will be added to the next phase. SSC CGL Tier 1 exam can be conducted in September-October 2024.

The post you select will determine the remuneration. Government posts fall into three categories: Group A, Group B, and Group C. For Group A positions, the starting monthly compensation varies from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500. Group B positions pay between Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 a month. Group C positions pay between Rs 25,500 and Rs 81,100 a month.

documents that applicants need to have with them when completing the SSC CGL application. To prevent submission errors, you must upload these documents in the correct dimensions and format.

  • A working email account, as well as a phone number
  • A scanned passport-size photograph and signature
  • ID proof like Aadhaar card, Voter ID, PAN card, Passport, Driver’s license, or school/college/employer ID
  • Certificate of Educational Qualification
  • Category Certificate, if applicable
