The cost of electric two-wheelers is rising!
If you plan to purchase an electric two-wheeler in June, you can experience some losses. The government has decreased the subsidy amount offered on the purchase of electric vehicles (Rules Change From June 1, 2023) from Rs 15,000 per kWh to Rs 10,000 per kWh, which is the cause for this. Beginning on June 1, 2023, this government decree will go into effect. Simply put, this indicates that, as a result of the loss in subsidies, purchasing an electric bike or scooter may increase in price by Rs. 25–30,000 from June 1.
What will happen to petrol cylinder prices?
LPG cylinder prices are adjusted at the beginning of each month (Rules Change From June 1, 2023). In April and May, gas companies reduced the cost of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders. The cost of 14 kg domestic petrol cylinders hasn’t changed since March, though. The cost of a residential petrol cylinder went up by Rs 50 in March 2023. Now, it must be examined if this price drops or stays the same.
CNG-PNG costs
The cost of PNG-CNG also changes from the first day or week of each month. Delhi and Mumbai petroleum companies update their prices. They might alter their price this time as well. In Delhi-NCR, their cost decreased in April while remaining flat in May (CNG PNG Price in Delhi). What the cost of CNG-PNG will be in June, though, won’t be known for a few days.
