The promotion requirements in this have been established based on each level. Additionally, a memo has been published. Additionally, a list broken down by grade level has been supplied. The list of Services for Promotion states that personnel at levels 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 should have a minimum of three years of experience. There should be 8 years of experience for levels 2 to 4. For levels 3 through 4, however, five years of experience is required. A year of experience is necessary for employees up to level 17, and 12 years of experience is required for employees at levels 6 to 11. Employees will receive promotions based on this.
Soon, the DA will increase
The employees may soon receive a gift from the central government in the form of a DA boost. The cabinet meeting scheduled for September can include DA announcements. This will help thousands of workers and retirees. The government will declare the dearness allowance for the second time this year, followed by a sizable rise in the employees’ pay. Beginning on July 1, the higher dearness allowance will be in effect.
