IIT Bombay ePGD: CSE’s recently introduced ePGD program seeks to close the knowledge gap between academia and business.
To improve professionals’ and graduates’ technical skills, IIT Bombay has introduced an online Postgraduate Diploma (ePGD) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). For admission to this program, which will start in June 2025, registration is now open.
Advanced Programming, Computer Systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) are among the six courses offered by this ePGD.

The successful candidates will get alumni status during a graduation ceremony held on campus following the completion of this online diploma program.

ePGD in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is for:

engineers and seasoned professionals seeking a postgraduate degree to demonstrate their proficiency.
Candidates must hold a four-year computer science degree, such as a BE, BTech, or BS, in order to be eligible. If they fulfill additional eligibility requirements, people with different engineering backgrounds are also eligible to apply.

- Visit the official CSE department website of IIT Bombay.
- Go to the ‘Academics’ section and select ‘Programs’.
- Click on the ‘ePGD’ tab to go to the programme page.
- Read the program information and select ‘Apply Now.’
- Fill the application form as per instructions and pay the fees.
