Ways to determine if you are infected with both Covid and H3N2 influenza?

Most patients with both viruses don’t require antiviral medication; instead, managing their symptoms is sufficient. Only a few patients who are unvaccinated, have additional medical issues or have weakened immune systems might require specialized antiviral medications for both viruses.
