Jio service remained closed for 8 hours

According to the report of the news agency, telecom services were restored after 8 pm. During this, when Jio’s service was disrupted for about 8 hours, users started tweeting on Twitter with the GeoDown hashtag, and soon #JioDown came on the trend.

Jio will give free calls and data for 2 days

Actually, due to this problem, the company has also announced a two-day unlimited calling plan. In a message sent to customers late in the evening, the company acknowledged the problems faced by many customers and also announced an additional two-day ‘unlimited plan’ due to this problem.

According to media reports, in the message sent by the company to the customers, it was said on behalf of the company that ‘Our team solved the problem of this network within a few hours but we understand that it was not a good experience for us. . You. And we sincerely apologize for that.
