The second-generation Lexus NX 350h SUV is to be launched in India on 9 March. This SUV will come with a hybrid technology powertrain and a new design.
Luxury carmaker Lexus is all set to launch its second-generation NX 350h SUV. It is to be launched on 9 March. It will compete with the cars of BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. Its price can be around Rs 60 lakh (ex-showroom). Although the company has not given any official confirmation about its price, its pre-booking has been started from the beginning of this year. It has been one of the most successful models for the brand in India.
Engine and Platform
The new NX 350h will be powered by a 2.5-liter naturally-aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine, which will be mated to an electric motor. It will produce a maximum power of 235 hp. The Lexus NX 350h will be available in front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive options. Notably, there will also be an automatic gearbox. Based on Toyota’s TNGA-K platform, the Lexus NX 350his slightly larger than the previous generation model in terms of size.
Features and Models
The new model will come in three variants – Exclusive, Luxury and F-Sport. In this, LED headlight and taillight will be seen as well as smartphone connectivity will also be available.
