Oil firms gave their clients excellent news on the first day of the month. LPG Gas Cylinder Price has decreased as of May 1. The government oil companies (OMCs) are responsible for this decrease in the cost of commercial gas cylinders. Additionally, Jet Flute’s cost has been decreased. Today, oil marketing firms reduced the cost of a 19-kilogram commercial LPG gas cylinder by 172 rupees.

The cost of jet fuel (also known as air-fuel) has also been cut by up to Rs 2415 by oil firms. The revised rates went into effect on May 1. However, the cost of domestic LPG cylinders has remained the same. The price of a commercial petrol cylinder in Delhi has decreased from Rs 2028 to Rs 1856.50. In the same vein, the cylinder that costs Rs 2132 in Kolkata will now cost Rs 1960.50.
Speaking about Mumbai, the former price of this LPG cylinder was Rs 1980
which has been decreased to Rs 1808.50. At the same time, a cylinder in Chennai that originally cost Rs 2192.50 would now cost Rs 2021.50. The oil marketing organizations have decreased the price of ATF by Rs 2415.25. The decrease in rates during the busiest travel season will be a huge relief for airlines. As a result, it is anticipated that airfares will decrease in the near future.
