Ban on plastic water bottles: The whole world is plagued by the problem of pollution. Every country expresses its concern on World Environment Day, but the situation does not take the name of improving. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had appealed to the officials regarding this, whose effect is now visible.

Sagar District Collector’s Office Initiative: Plastic waste is one of the biggest polluters in the world. The reason for this is that it does not end easily. In such a situation, on the occasion of World Environment Day, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan appealed to the officials not to use plastic bottles in the office. Now the effect of this appeal is starting to show.

Bottles will have to be arranged by themselves
According to media reports, this initiative has been started in the Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. Under this, now there will be no supply of water from plastic bottles in the DM office or collectorate office. All the people working here will have to bring their own water bottles from home.

Environmental initiatives
This initiative has been started by the collector’s office of the Sagar district. According to the office, an appeal has been made to all the officers to bring their own water bottles. Keeping the environment in mind, this initiative is being started.

Will be monitored
The water bottle in the office will be monitored if it is not used. The Additional Collector of Sagar will monitor the use of plastic bottles in the meetings of the offices. It will also be ensured that all officers and employees bring their own water bottles.

It will be applicable in other offices also
It will first start from the collector’s office. After this, it will be implemented in all government offices of the district. Let us inform you that on World Environment Day, instructions were given by CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan to save water, plant trees, save electricity, and reduce carbon emissions.
