Mahindra has launched the XUV400, an electric SUV, which is the company’s first one. Its premise is the eXUV300 vehicle revealed by Mahindra at the Auto Expo in 2020. The special thing is that this SUV has been reported to have a range of 456 km.

The broadest SUV in the category is the Mahindra XUV400.

Furthermore, it has a boot size of 378 liters and also a best-in-class wheelbase of 2600mm. Upon closer inspection, people can see a bronze “Twin Peaks” logo. The SUV has diamond-cut, high-contrast alloy wheels with a high gloss finish.
The Mahindra XUV400 has a completely new front end when it comes to aesthetics. Daylight Running Lamps and LED headlights have been added to the grille (DRL). It also loses the radiator grille in favor of a new plastic insert.
There are 5 different options available for the XUV400.
Five colors will be available for purchase with the Mahindra XUV400. It can have a double roof with a Satin Copper surface and the colors Arctic Blue, Everest White, Galaxy Grey, Napoli Black, and Infinity Blue available options.
The range for the XUV400 is 456 km.
Whenever comes to the XUV400’s battery, it features a 39.4kWh P67-certified battery pack that provides a 456-kilometer driving range on a single battery charge. In addition, it can produce 310Nm of torque and 147.5 horsepower of power. Let’s all know that it also has the highest category torque output. The XUV400 can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in only 8.3 seconds and has a maximum speed of 150 kmph.
XUV400’s capacity for charging
A DC fast charger is available to charge the electric SUV XUV400. With this charger, the rechargeable battery from zero to eighty percent in just fifty minutes, while a 7.2 kW/32A plug can charge the battery from zero to one hundred percent in just six and a half hours. It may also be charged using a power adapter at home. It takes 13 hours for a typical home 3.3 kW/16A outlet to fully charge an SUV.
The estimated cost of the Mahindra XUV400
In India, the brand-new Mahindra XUV400 electric SUV will launch in January 2023. Its cost could range from Rs 18 lakh to Rs 25 lakh, according to rumors. It will face competition in India from vehicles like the Tata Nexon EV Max and the Hyundai Kona EV.
