Mahindra reaches 1 lakh Scorpio-N production milestone! this much is waiting period

Mahindra & Mahindra has achieved a milestone in producing one lakh Scorpio-N SUVs. It has launched the one millionth Scorpio-N. June 2022 saw the initial debut of it. Scorpio-N’s success is demonstrated by the fact that it reached the one lakh production milestone in less than two years.

Scorpio-N attracted a lot of clients

right away after its debut and has since seen a significant increase in reservations. It is now among the SUVs that the firm sells the most in the nation. Depending on the version, there is a waiting period of two to six months, according to media reports. Tata Safari, Tata Harrier, and Hyundai Alcazar are competitors of Mahindra Scorpio-N in the market. Additionally, Mahindra XUV700 is a rival. The cost of Scorpio-N is from Rs 13.60 lakh to Rs 24.54 lakh (ex-showroom). It comes in total Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8 and Z8L trims.

The 6-seater and 7-seater

versions of the Scorpio-N SUV are available. There are diesel and petrol engine options available. There are two power tunings available for its 2.2-liter diesel engine: 175 PS (370 Nm and 400 Nm) and 132 PS/300 Nm. In contrast, the 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine produces 203 horsepower (370 and 380 Nm). Both come with a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox. It has rear-wheel drive as standard, and the diesel engine comes with a 4-wheel-drive option.

The 8-inch touchscreen

infotainment system, cruise control, wireless phone charging, dual-zone climate control, sunroof, semi-digital instrument cluster, numerous airbags, rear parking camera, hill assist control, and electronic stability control are just a few of the amenities that this SUV is equipped with.
