Brezza, Fronx, and Grand Vitara have helped Maruti Suzuki dominate the SUV market. This brand of SUVs is very popular. While the Grand Vitara was introduced last year, the Bronx was introduced this year. Brezza was simultaneously introduced in 2016 and received a redesign the previous year. Customers’ responses to all three are outstanding. However, Maruti has expanded manufacturing to shorten the waiting period, which is where the matter stops.
Maruti Suzuki has been able to shorten the
Grand Vitara and Brezza’s waiting period by increasing manufacturing. According to Maruti Suzuki India Limited’s Senior Executive Director of Marketing and Sales, Shashank Srivastava, “the Grand Vitara waiting period has reduced from 5 months.” At the same time, the waiting period for Brezza has become 1 month, which was earlier 4.5 months. The same waiting period is for Franks, which earlier was around 3.5 months.
He stated,
“We sell between 14,000 and 15,000 Brezza vehicles and between 11,000 and 12,000 Grand Vitara units per month. Aside from this, the Jimny is predicted to sell 4,000–5,000 units this month, whereas the front sells 13,500 units on average each month. According to certain statistics, at least 45,000 SUVs are sold each month. In the SUV market, our market share is 22.5%.
Prices for Brezza, Frontex, and Grand Vitara
Brezza is available for between Rs 8.29 lakh and Rs 14.14 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). In addition, the cost of a Grand Vitara varies from Rs. 13.14 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) to Rs. 7.46 lakh for Frontex from Rs 10.70 lakh to Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
