By July 2023, Maruti Suzuki plans to introduce a brand-new premium MPV to the Indian market. The Toyota Innova Highcross will serve as the model for this new product. It will resemble Toyota’s MPV quite a bit and be produced at the same Bidadi plant where the Grand Vitara is made.
There have been rebadged models before.
Suzuki has been selling the Vitara Brezza and Baleno under the Toyota Urban Cruiser. And Glanza’s names since the Toyota-Suzuki collaboration in 2017. In addition to a few other markets, Toyota currently offers sales of the most recent Baleno, Ciaz, Ertiga, and Celerio models in South Africa. And the Middle East. On the other hand, the new premium MPV from Maruti will be the first Toyota item. Maruti Suzuki would market in India under a different name.
A departure from Highcross
The Maruti Innova Highcross will have several distinctive aesthetic features. Along with a new front grille, a new bumper, and new headlamps are anticipated. A new tail-lamp design with the Nexa theme, which is presently seen on the Grand Vitara, Baleno, and Franks, could be one among the styling changes.
Toyota’s TNGA-C architecture will serve as
the foundation for the upcoming Maruti MPV. It will be able to observe the Innova Highcross’s powerful hybrid and naturally aspirated petrol powertrains.
Maruti MPV – Clients might have to wait

The premium MPV will soon be released
