In honor of Splendor’s 30th anniversary, Hero MotoCorp has introduced the new Hero Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 to the Indian market. The Hero Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 costs 82,911 rupees (ex-showroom). There are three color options available for this bike: matte gray, gloss black, and gloss red. It costs Rs 3,000 more than the present model. The Bajaj CT 100, TVS Radeon, and Honda Shine 100 will be rivals of the new Splendor Plus.
The Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 appears precisely
like the previous model, except for a few small cosmetic changes and added functions. It has the same timeless style with a square headlamp but is now the only 100cc bike to have an LED unit with H-shaped DRLs within being offered with an LED headlamp. The color schemes and graphics are also new and it also gets a new design for the indicator housing.
Features and Details
In terms of features, the motorcycle has a computerized instrument cluster that displays mileage data. Aside from a side-stand indicator, speedometer, odometer, trip meter, and low fuel indicator display, this powerful bike also has Bluetooth connectivity with call and message notifications, as well as a USB charging outlet. Additionally, this bike comes with danger lights that have a switch.

A 97.2cc air-cooled single-cylinder petrol engine producing 8.02 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and 8.05 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm is available for the Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0. The engine has i3s (Idle Stop Start System) technology and a 4-speed gearbox. Its gasoline tank capacity is 9.8, to be exact. According to the manufacturer, this bike is capable of giving a mileage of 73 kilometers per liter.
