Pong is a Twitch arcade sports video game with a table tennis motif that was developed in 1972 by the video game developer Atari.

It was among the first video games played in arcades.

Nolan Bushnell, a co-founder of Atari, gave Alan Alcorn the task of developing it as a training exercise.

The caliber of Alcorn’s work, however, caught both Bushnell and Ted Dabney, the co-founder of Atari, by surprise.

He made the decision to create this video game. Then, it was launched.

Upon its release, Pong made a splash.

When this video game was first released, Alan Alcorn, an engineer for Atari, made a big deal out of it.

Several firms started making games that closely resembled it shortly after it was released.

Rivals of Atari produced different varieties of video games that significantly deviated from the Pong game’s original structure.

Pong’s many sequels from Atari added additional elements while maintaining the gameplay of the first game.
