The new GLC SUV is shown in teaser images that Mercedes-Benz India has released driving on Indian roads. Notably, the Mercedes GLC is an SUV that is based on the C-Class and is offered by Mercedes-Benz India underneath the GLE. The soon-to-be-released 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC will include cosmetic upgrades. According to the images, it will have a new front fascia with new headlamp housing and DRLs. The back will have modern tail lamps. The GLC’s basic silhouette will be kept, though.

It will be a little bit longer than the previous one. The new Mercedes-Benz GLC will appear sportier and more upscale overall. The new GLC will include the newest Mercedes-Benz technology. There will be a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, heated and cooled seats, leather upholstery, and technologies like ADAS in addition to an 11.9-inch dash-integrated infotainment system with smartphone compatibility.
Regarding engine characteristics
the GLC is offered in India with a mild hybrid powertrain that has a 48-volt battery. However, the GLC is sold with plug-in hybrid and mild hybrid powertrains globally. A diesel engine might also be added in addition to this. However, there is no specific information available at this time.
Speaking about the launch
the German automaker might do so before the end of this year in India. Its projected cost (ex-showroom) is around Rs 70 lakh. The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC will compete with the Audi Q5, BMW X3, and Volvo XC60 when it is released.
