In addition to this, you can also call the bank’s toll-free hotline and explain your issue. Additionally, some banks offer the ability to submit complaints online.
For example, State Bank of India (SBI) customers can complain about an employee of any branch on the toll-free number 1800-425-3800/1-800-11-22-11. Whereas, if you are a Punjab National Bank (PNB) customer, you can contact the customer care number of the bank or the appellate authority.
