The online Recruitment process for the positions of Head Constable (Ministerial/Combatant Ministerial) and Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer/Combatant Stenographer) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) has begun, according to the Border Security Force (BSF). Aside from this, Assam Rifle Exam 2024 is recruiting for Havildar (Clerk) and Warrant Officer (Personal Assistant) positions.

Until July 8, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.,

eligible applicants may register for these exams on the official website, rectt.bsf.gov.in

. The recruitment drive aims to fill 1,526 positions in total, 1,283 of which are for Head Constable (Ministerial) positions and 243 of which are for ASI (Stenographer) positions. The candidates must possess an equivalent qualification or have completed the Intermediate or Senior Secondary School (10+2) test from a recognized board or university. Candidates must be between 18 and 25 as of August 1, 2024, to be eligible.

Application cost

A fee of Rs 100 is asked from candidates for the examination. This fee is waived for female candidates, members of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and ex-servicemen who qualify for reservations. All applicants must pay the appropriate service fees, even those who are exempt. To be considered for the positions of Havildar (Clerk), Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Stenographer, Head Constable (HC), Ministerial/Combatant Ministerial, and recruitment examination. Physical Test, Computer-Based Test (CBT), Skill Test, Document Verification and Medical Test (DME/RME).

Exam pattern for CAPF in 2024

Those who pass both the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST) will be invited to take a computer-based exam (CBT). One hundred objective-style questions totaling 100 marks make up the CBT paper. The exam lasts for one hour and forty minutes. The computer-based test (CBT) covers the following subjects: computer knowledge, numerical aptitude, critical aptitude, general intelligence, and Hindi/English language. Twenty questions, for twenty marks, are included in each subject.
