Railways will use this recruitment campaign to fill a total of 25 positions. The unique aspect is that candidates will be chosen for these positions without having to take a written test. Candidates will have to appear in the walk-in interview round.
When is the application deadline?
Until May 27, 2024, candidates may submit their application forms to be considered for these positions. Age Restrictions: As per the official announcement, applicants seeking to be appointed Senior Residents at Northern Railway may not be older than 37 years of age. Applications for the position of Senior Resident must meet the following requirements: candidates must hold a Master’s degree in the relevant field from an institution accredited by MCI or NBE.
The selection process will work like this
The official announcement states that walk-in interviews will be used to choose candidates for these positions. The compensation for candidates chosen for the Senior Resident position will follow Level 7 CPC and be based on Matrix Level-11. They will be given Rs 67,700 to Rs 2,08,700 per month as salary.
