Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi on Wednesday launched the Redmi 10A as a new affordable model in India. Like the Redmi 9A, the new Redmi phone comes with MediaTek Helio G25 SoC along with a 13-megapixel rear camera. As a new upgrade, the phone has up to 64GB of internal storage instead of 32GB. Redmi 10A will compete with Tecno Powa Neo, Reality C11 (2021), and Samsung Galaxy M02.
The price of Redmi 10A starts from Rs. 8,499.
The price of 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant of Redmi 10A in India is Rs. 8,499 while the 4GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs. 9,499. You will be able to buy Redmi 10A from 12 noon on April 26 through Xiaomi’s website and official store in the country. It will be available in Charcoal Black, Sea Blue, and Slate Gray color options. The company claims that the textured rear panel of the phone will be smudge-free.
In September 2020, the Redmi 9A was launched in India at a price of Rs 6,799 for the 2GB + 32GB variant and Rs 7,499 for the 3GB + 32GB variant.

- The dual-SIM (Nano) Redmi 10A runs on Android-based MIUI 12.5 and sports a 6.53-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) IPS display with 20:9 aspect ratio and a waterdrop-style notch. The phone runs on the octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 SoC and has up to 4GB of RAM.
- At the back, there is a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. For selfies and video chats, the Redmi 10A packs a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front, paired with an f/2.2 lens.
- Redmi 10A comes with up to 64GB of storage. It can be expanded up to 512MB with the help of a microSD card.
- The Redmi 10A packs a 5,000mAh battery and comes with a 10W charger. The dimensions of the phone are 164.9×77.07x9mm and the weight is 194g.
- Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5 and GPS. The phone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a micro-USB port. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor at the back.
