Results for the Delhi Police constable recruitment were released

The Delhi Police Recruitment Exam 2022 final result for Head Constable (Ministerial) has been officially issued by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). According to the list, 811 individuals were chosen. Of these, 273 girls and 538 males did well in the last round of the selection process. The Computer-Based Examination (CBE), scheduled for December 28, 2022, was the first announcement made.

The Commission selected a shortlist

of candidates for the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) and Document Verification from among the 16,793 applicants who took the CBE. A noteworthy 5,448 candidates out of the 7,544 who took part in the recruitment examinations were able to move on to the following round, the Skill/Trade Test.

The “Computer-Based Typing Test,”

one of the two sections of the Delhi Police skill/trade exam was held from October 17 to October 19, 2023. On November 28, 2023, the exam’s official results were released. Following this, a computerized formatting test was administered. The qualified candidates were scheduled for December 4–6, 2023. However, only 2,436 of the 5,448 candidates who were first shortlisted made it through to the final round of the test.

The final results showed

that there were 273 female and 538 male applicants out of the 2,436 total candidates. These applicants have now guaranteed themselves a spot in the Delhi Police’s final selection process for the Head Constable (Ministerial) position. Particularly, candidates with National Cadet Corps (NCC) certificates received bonus points as per their certification level. This incentive ranged from 2% to 5% depending on the type of NCC certificate.

The distribution of applicants

for the outcome and establishment of a backup, panel were meticulously decided upon by taking into account the generalization scores from the CBE, NCC rewards, and typing test scores. Men and women were chosen at the end, and category-specific cut-off points were determined.
