Learner DL: In order to get the license, you need to apply for it, but before that you need to apply for a Learner’s License. Only after a learner’s license a permanent license is made. Let’s understand the whole online process of getting a learner’s driving license.
Follow these steps to apply for a learner’s license: –
Visit the official website of (MoRTH) Ministry of Road Transport and Highways
Click on the “Online Services” tab
Click on the “Learning License” link
Select your state
Select the “Applicant” option
Enter your Aadhaar card number and mobile number
Click on “Generate OTP”
Enter the OTP received on your mobile number
Click on “Submit”
Now you have to fill an application form
Enter all your personal information, education qualification, address and other required details in the application form
Upload your passport size photo and signature
Click on the “Fees” tab
Pay the fee prescribed by your state government
Click on “Submit”
Your application will be submitted. You can track the status of your application online.

The duration of completion of the process for learning driving license is 15 days.
