In July 2022, the company sold more than 14000 units of it. Tata Nexon sold 14,214 units in July 2022, while 10,287 units were sold in July 2021.

Tata Nexon has been number one on the list of best-selling SUVs in the country. At the same time, after this comes the number of Hyundai Creta. Hyundai sold 12,625 units of the Creta in July 2022. After this there is the Venue of Hyundai, the company has sold 12,000 units of it. Then at number four is Tata Punch, which has sold a total of 11,007 units and at number five is Maruti Brezza, which has sold 9,694 units. Tata Nexon has surpassed all these in terms of sales.

It is worth noting that the starting price of Tata Nexon is Rs 7.60 lakh (ex-showroom), while the price of its top model is Rs 13.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is a 5-seater SUV. Both petrol and diesel engine options are available in the Nexon. Apart from this, the company also sells its electric version. Although its price is high. The petrol variant comes with a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder turbocharged (110pc/170Nm) engine.

At the same time, the diesel variant comes with a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder engine (110PS/260Nm). It gets the option of a 5-speed manual and AMT. Tata Nexon (Diesel) can give a mileage of 21.5 kmpl and Tata Nexon (Petrol) can give a mileage of up to 17.2 kmpl.
