The Khagra solar eclipse, which is scheduled for April 2024, is the first solar eclipse of the year 2024. Perhaps most exciting of all, Indians don’t need to be skeptical about this eclipse. In actuality, annual solar and lunar eclipses are a natural occurrence and are a part of the cosmic process. Physics states that the Sun’s image is temporarily hidden behind the Moon when it passes in front of the Earth. We call this astronomical phenomenon a solar eclipse. The Moon circles around the Earth, and the Earth rotates around the Sun. The moon can occasionally pass in front of the sun and the earth. In this case, it partially or completely conceals the sun’s rays. We call this phenomenon a solar eclipse.
Initial solar eclipse
However, it is crucial to ascertain whether the Sun or the Moon will experience the first eclipse in 2024. Therefore, the first eclipse of the following year will occur on the king of planets, the Sun, on Monday, April 8, 2024, the new moon day in the Krishna Paksha of Chaitra month. Since this is not a total solar eclipse, it will be referred to as a partial eclipse.
When does the sun eclipse occur?
Sagar Panchang states that Moksha will occur at 01:26 pm and that the eclipse will touch down at 10:09 pm Indian time.
The following locations will see the first solar eclipse of 2024
Greenland, the Arctic Sea, Iceland, the Pacific Ocean, the North Atlantic Ocean, East Asia, Australia, Africa, North and South America, and Greenland. Any Vedha, Sutak, bath, charity, virtue, karma, yama, niyama, and other practices carried out during an eclipse will be void because this eclipse will not be visible in India.
