Features of the Tata Harrier EV: The new electric SUV, the Tata Harrier EV, has been introduced by Tata Motors. In addition to being the company’s flagship EV, it also boasts five potent features that set it apart from all other electric cars on the market.
With two battery options (65kWh and 75kWh), it has a real-world range of around 480 to 505 km and starts at Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
1. Dual motor and AWD system
The Tata Harrier EV’s dual motor all-wheel drive (AWD) system, which has a front motor that generates 158 PS (116 kW) and a rear motor that produces 238 PS (175 kW), is its most notable feature. 504 Nm is its overall torque. This SUV is a high-performance electric vehicle that can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds while in boost mode.
2. 540 degree surround view camera
A 360-degree camera with a transparent underbody view that allows you to see the surface beneath the vehicle is part of the Harrier EV’s sophisticated 540-degree surround view camera system. Particularly helpful for off-roading and confined parking spaces is this function.
3. Auto Park Assist and Summon Mode
This SUV can park itself in parallel or perpendicular spaces thanks to its Auto Park Assist technology. In addition, the driver can use Summon Mode to remotely move the vehicle forward or backward and personalize the parking spot.
4. 14.53-inch Neo QLED screen
According to Tata, the 36.9 cm (14.53 inch) Neo QLED cinema-style display in this SUV is the first automotive Neo QLED display ever built. It was created by Harman and Samsung. The 10-speaker audio system from JBL and Dolby Atmos provide a theater-like atmosphere during the trip.
5. Digital Rear View Mirror and Dashcam
Instead of a conventional rearview mirror, the Tata Harrier EV features a digital one that uses an integrated dashcam to capture real-time footage. This feature is seen as a significant safety improvement since it improves vision at night or in inclement weather.
