Tata Motors Car Price Hike: Tata Motors has just raised the prices of its vehicle line-up, including the CNG models. The EV segment of Tata is not affected by this hike. Tata justified that the hike has been made due to the increase in input costs. The updated price details of the Tata cars are below:
Few Highlights –
1. Harrier gets the highest price increment.
2. Safari gets a hike of Rs 20,000.
3. Tiago and Tigor variant’s price hike ranges from Rs 5,000 to Rs 8,000.
4. Nexon now costs Rs 10,000 more.
5. Some variants of certain models have not been included in the price hike, of the Punch Camo Edition.
Tiago Price Hike –
Tiago, a hatchback from Tata now costs more than before. All Tiago variants get a price hike, the highest price hike is on the XZ+ variants. The maximum price inflation in the Tiago models is 8,000rs. The CNG variants are on the price hike list too. Tiago now ranges from Rs 5.45 lakh to Rs 7.90 lakh (Ex-showroom).
Tigor Price Hike –
Tata Tigor base- manual model gets the maximum hike of Rs 10,000 and the other remaining variants now cost Rs 6,000 more. Only the leatherette pack version remained unaffected and cost the same as before. The new price range of Tigor is Rs 6.10 lakh to 8.84 lakh (Ex-showroom).
Altroz Price Hike –
The Altroz gets the maximum price hike on its mid-spec variants XM, XT, and XZ. These versions now cost Rs 10,000 more. The XE trip, which is also a mid-spec variant, gets a hike of Rs 5,000. The Dark edition of the top variant XZ+ costs the same as before cause its price remains unchanged. The new price range of Altroz is Rs 6.35 lakh to Rs 10.25 lakh (Ex-showroom).
Punch Price Hike –
The most price hike in Tata Punch hit the base-spec versions Pure and Pure Rhythm the price hike is Rs 7,000. The left options get the same Rs 5,000 amount of hike. The only version safe from increment is the Camo edition. The new price of Punch now ranges from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 9.54 lakh (Ex-showroom).
Nexon Price Hike –
The real hit of the price hike in Nexon is on the XZ+ (P) variants which are Rs 18,000. The average price bump on the other variants is Rs 10,000; the special editions are also included in this. Tata Nexon now is in the range of Rs 7.70 lakh to 14.18 lakh (Ex-showroom).
Harrier Price Hike –
The Harrier gets the highest amount of change in the price in the Tata motors line-up. The XZ+ trims now cost Rs 30,000 more. Most of the variants get a hike of Rs 10,000 except the XZS trim which remains unaffected. The XZ+ Jet editions and The XTA+ variant are now Rs 5,000 pricier. The cost of the Harrier now ranges from Rs 14.8 lakh to Rs 22.35 lakh (Ex-showroom).
Safari price Hike –
All of the Safari variants got a price bump. The XZ+, Dark, Gold, Adventure and Kaziranga editions got a hike of Rs 20,000. The lowest increment is on the XE, XM, and XMS variants which is Rs 10,000. The XZ+ Jet edition of Safari now costs Rs 14,500 more. The new retail price range of Safari is Rs 15.45 lakh to Rs 23.76 lakh (Ex-showroom).
