The bank’s email states that on August 10, the UPI service will be unavailable from 2:30 am until 5:30 am. To put it another way, you won’t be able to use HDFC Bank’s UPI service for 3 hours. Earlier on August 4, the bank had also kept the UPI service closed for 3 hours due to a system update.
These services won’t function for three hours.
On August 10, the biggest private bank in the nation will perform essential system maintenance. The HDFC Bank mobile banking app, Gpay, which is connected to the bank, Paytm and WhatsApp Pay, Shriram Finance, and Mobikwik’s UPI service won’t function during this period. In addition, during system maintenance, UPI transactions will not be accessible for POS merchants, offline transactions, or internet transactions.
