News agencies quoted sources as saying that Elon Musk is going to appoint a new CEO for the social media giant Twitter. Musk has on several occasions opposed the management of Twitter. Sources have revealed that Musk has also finalized the name of the new CEO, but the name has not been disclosed by the sources at the moment.

On Friday, Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal held a meeting with the company’s employees. Where employees expressed their displeasure. The employees sought answers from top management as to what steps management is taking to address any changes that may take place after Elon Musk bought the company.

Elon Musk has repeatedly criticized Twitter’s censorship and surveillance policy. Musk wants Twitter to be a free speech platform. In such a situation, the jobs of many employees of the companies are under threat. The meeting came after Musk continued to criticize top officials over Twitter’s content filtering process and speech and security policies.
